How to Download?

Easy Steps to Download  

1. Double click here. Free Download! 
2. The system will prompt you to save the software on your personal computer.  It will automatically create an icon on your desktop called Prodigy Diabetes Management.
3. When ready to download your test results click on the desktop icon.
4. Once in the program, connect the computer cable to the computer and then to the prodigy meter.  The meter will say PC.
5. On the top portion of the computer program click on the tap labeled Download. 
6. The system will give you three steps.  First make sure the meter is connected. Second it will confirm communication and lastly click on Download Meter Results.  The system will automatically download the data from your meter.
7. Under the patient tab on the top of the page, the program will allow you to enter your name and patient specific information.
8. Under the Report tab the program will allow you to view and print your data in two forms: list format or in graphs.  Click on the option to view.
9. The forms can be printed by clicking the icon on the screen.
